• License: Upon registration, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the course materials for your personal and professional development. This license is for individual use only and does not allow for redistribution, sharing, or commercial exploitation of the materials.
• Prohibited Conduct:You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service, other accounts, computer systems, or networks connected to the Service.

Course Content and Availability

• Termination by Us: We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account without notice if we determine that you have violated these Terms of Use or engaged in conduct that we deem harmful to the Service or other users.

Limitation of Liability

• To the fullest extent permitted by law, Talent Development Nerds LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Service.
• Our total liability for any claims arising from your use of the Service is limited to the amount you have paid for the course in question.

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

• These Terms of Use are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States and the State of Colorado, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
• Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms of Use shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Colorado, in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.

• We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms of Use at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to our website. It is your responsibility to review the Terms of Use periodically for updates.
